Important Health Information:  In-person visitations has resumed for all patients.

To protect patients and staff from exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19), normal in-person visiting to all hospitals has been modified, including court-ordered evaluations, other legal matters, and end-of-life care. In the event of other special situations in which visitation may be considered, approval of the hospital's medical director would be required.

All approved in-person visitors will be subject to a health screening for COVID-19.

All visitors are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or Antigen collected within 72 hours of the visit) at the time of the scheduled visitation to be allowed to participate in an in-person visit. Hospitals reserve the right to deny visitation based on infection prevention measures not included in these guidelines.

Any illness that is spread from person to person can develop very quickly in a hospital environment. We appreciate your support of these efforts to protect the patients and staff of Patton State Hospital.

We are excited to announce our hybrid visiting program at DSH-Patton that has been created to allow families and friends to connect with patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Program now includes in-person visits and tele-visits. If you are interested in scheduling either an in-person visit or a tele-visit with your loved one, see the guidelines below.

The waterline replacement would take place in the northeast one-third of the hospital where a solar field, a collection of multiple solar panels that generate electricity as a system, currently exists.
